Middletown Main Street is a nonprofit organization. All registration fees or ticket sale proceeds for events are approved by the Board of Directors as part of our fundraising efforts. Those funds are used to finance the operations of our agency and reinvested into improving the Downtown District of Middletown, DE.

We offer workshops to promote economic development and to educate small business owners, property owners and residents within the Downtown District. These workshops cover a range of topics focused on promoting financial security, business scalability, and capacity building. We facilitate events and activities to drive traffic to the Downtown District and engage the greater community, We offer entertaining events to promote a sense of community and support local businesses, restaurants, artists and creatives. MMS also uses some of our events or activities to fundraise and continue serving the downtown district.
